The thought takes me back to the days when I would watch my Grandmother put on her apron, watch and help (LOL) her make all sorts of meals and baked goods.
This stockpot may be used for sterilizing your jars, rings and lids, preparing the Tomato Salsa and processing the Salsa once it has been placed in the jars. That must be where the extra set of hands make easy work of this, someone to wash out the easy to clean stainless steel pot to get ready for processing the jars, while others are placing the seals and lids.
