Aluminum Water Pan/Crawfish Tray
This Crawfish Tray (or water pan) measures 14" in diameter and just over 2" deep. When using as a water pan in your grill, it can help you produce a robust and steady stream of smoke when cooking sausages, ribs, and chicken. Now you don't have to worry about uneven heating or not producing enough smoke. Every time you fire up the grill, use this water pan to achieve the perfect temperature each time you are ready to entertain guests.
Stop cooking on your grill without this 14-inch water pan, because without it, your food will continue to cook unevenly. The water pan will also catch the juices as they drip from the meat and causes flare-ups that burn your food. Also, aluminum absorbs heat, lowering the temperature inside the grill and cooking your meal at a slower pace. The meat will effortlessly fall off the bone every time you cook with this water pan.

When using as a water pan, place under your grill and over your heat source on your grill. Fill it with water and allow the smoke to flavour your food. You can use liquids other than water in this pan; however, we recommend drinking the alcohol and marinating the food.
We also suggested that you might want to line the pan with aluminum foil to make clean-up easier.
